actually I experienced the same issue on RH Linux 7.1 for ParsedXML
1.0 - the docs are confusing, but I think you need to run setup.py for the
Expat that goes with ParsedXML using Python 1.5.x
here's what worked for me, since I have Python 2.1 installed and am
using it to run ZOPE (source install)...
/usr/bin/python1.5 setup.py
