I'm really interested in getting PTK going, but in addition to my
earlier question, I have a few more questions. The preliminary
documentation mentions "topics", and that reviewers configure these
and people use them. However, I see no place to do that, and in fact,
even grepping through the source shows no particular hit for topics.
Is this something that is not implemented yet, or...?
