Just got VGA Passthrough of an Nvidia GTX 1080 with proprietary drivers
working on Xen 4.16.4 + Linux 6.1.28 PV Host + Linux 6.2.6 HVM Guest
with Nvida 525.116.04 drivers. Performance may be signifcantly worse
however (more testing needed). The GPU does not work with these drivers
on the PV dom0 or a PV or PVH Guest. Will add this to
