I have an AMD Sempron 2400+ and Asus A7V880 PC running Debian Sarge.
I've been testng Xen 2.0.6 with kernel 2.6.11. As part of my Xen
testing I tried running the crashme utility.
If I run it in the dom0 privileged instance, it will run for about 3
seconds and then cause the system to spontaineously reboot. Running
the same crashme-command (crashme +2000 666 100 1:00:00) in an
unprivileged virtual machine in dom0 will either cause the virtual
machine to crash or a hard lockup of the entire system.
A vanilla 2.6.11 kernel with a similar configuration but no Xen runs
crashme without any problems in the same hardware.
Has anyone else encountered this?
