Hi everyone,
I created http://wiki.xenproject.org/wiki/Hackathon/April2015 <http://wiki.xenproject.org/wiki/Hackathon/April2015>
There are still some loose ends, such as the exact bus time-table and verifying the Chinese hotel addresses. Because it is Chinese New Year this week I don't expect this will be resolved until next week. We may also need to start/end a little bit earlier depending on traffic.
Best Regards
Lars

The proposal is to have a bus run from downtown (although not in the very centre to avoid traffic) to Intel and back for the two days. I still have to finalise details

I stayed in this area before and there is lots of stuff to do and it is fairly easy to get to The Bund or Pudong (marked in Red) and also the fastest loc. There is a cheaper option for around $80 half-way and we can add an extra stop to pick people up.
