Hi group,
I have xcp-xapi 1.3.2-15 and xen-hypervisor 4.1.4-4 installed on Debian
jessie/sid dom0.
I'm trying to run Debian wheezy domU from VHD disk - the guest was
installed with the root and log partitions being LVM volumes. When I try
to start the vm with:
xe vm-start name-label=debian7-8G
I get:
Error code: Traceback (most recent call last):
Error parameters: File "/usr/lib/xcp/lib/pygrub.xcp", line 811, in
<module>, fs = fsimage.open(file, part_offs[0], bootfsoptions),
IOError: [Errno 95] Operation not supported,
Is there a solution to this issue? Perhaps pygrub does not recognize
properly the volume group partition on VHD disk or it does not support
LVM. Any suggestions? I have lvm2 (2.02.106-2) package installed on dom0.
Regards!
