It seems that my previous email has been ignored. :(

The new LanguageZh.php has been completed, and it is now fully
localised. Please kindly install it on the server. It can be found at
http://meta.wikipedia.org/wiki/LanguageZh.php

Another question I want to ask is if it is possible to have two locales
for Chinese Wikipedia, so that users can choose their own character
settings(traditional or simplified). Currently the interface is
translated to simplified Chinese. I think it would be very ugly to
combine the two together, and it is not easy to translate also.

Can you handle CVS? If so, we can give you CVS access so you can do
updates yourself.
