Hi,

There's a typo in install.php script. It has:
copydirectory( "./stylesheets", $wgStyleSheetsDirectory );
while it should have:
copydirectory( "./stylesheets", $wgStyleSheetDirectory );

The end result is that *.css files are copied to "/" instead of
"${IP}/style"
