Dutch book stores

The Dutch book stores page is misbehaving. There is no list given, instead
the page is overwritten by a number of error messages like the one below.
Does someone know what might be the problem?

The actual list array seems to have gone missing from LanguageNl.php, so
it was returning an empty list (which the page generator function doesn' t
handle gracefully).

I've temporarily replaced it with the English list until I find the local
list again...
