The article is not at 'JavaScript', but at 'ECMAScript programming language'.
Both articles redirect there, which is the reason for the '47 bytes': The
47 bytes is the length of '#REDIRECT [[ECMAScript programming language]]'.

As to whether we want it - if you do not want it, please specify what you do
want, and how it could be implemented. My own opinion is that it is a light
nuisance at worst, not something to worry about.
