There are no good answers to this problem...

Also howto change the text on a link is quiet horrible (I do a grep -r titel * and I replaced all the names in the database.... :( )

Set $wgSiteSupportPage to the URL to go to. You can change the labeling
of the button by changing the [[MediaWiki:Sitesupport]] message.
