Adding icons is a good idea. Maybe an icon for official announcements from
the Foundation as well?

After coming back from the holiday and not reviewing foundation-l for
an entire day (Monday); and seeing well over 200 emails this morning
in foundation-l I was delighted... no, ecstatic to find this summary
posted.
