Apparently, travelling by bus isn't very safe either.

The first report says that road accidents claim thousands of lives in Egypt
every year.
Are there alternative means of safe transportation, apart from airlines? For
example, railways etc.

We're having a second firm do a security analysis as well, and we
expect to be able to make their independent assessment available to us
all sometime this month.

For the record, I want to say that Clayton Associates (more
specifically its parent company, Triple Canopy) is a top notch firm
and one of the world experts in anti-terrorism and counter-terrorism.
