Varnish on Solaris 11
Hello everyone!

I have a little bit trouble with Varnish on Solaris 11. The problem is that I have no config file for Varnish. I always have to start with "varnishd -f /etc/varnish/default.vcl -s malloc,1G -a 0.0.0.0:80 -p thread_pool_min=400“. I also have no Varnish service or something else. There is no varnish.service or varnish.params. There is also no varnish in init.d. It is very suspicious. I hope you can help.

Hello Mathias,

Yes, service files are located in the pkg-varnish-cache repo, and are
specific to Debian and Red Hat derivatives. I'm afraid we don't have
any for Solaris.
