When you use `panic.clear` on `varnishadmin` the MGT counter on
`varnishstats` doesn't reset back to zero. If you are doing a test with a
tool like the nagios scripts that check that value for critical and
warning values you will end on that status forever after a panic.

Discussed during bugwash today. We'll add a -z (or similar) option to
panic.clear that will clear this counter.

I have a similar feature request, as we also monitor some values of
varnishstat:
- MAIN.backend_fail
- MAIN.sess_drop
- MAIN.sess_fail

Currently the only way to clear the counters is restarting varnish, which
is not so nice because requests are going to fail. So maybe the
possibility to clear all stats is also useful.
