Hello.
I played with Trac a little, and I have a question about "assigning" and
"accepting" tickets.
It seems that the ticket is marked as "new" when it is created. Then it can
be either "accepted" or "reassigned". However, if it is "reassigned" it is
automatically marked as "accepted" by the new person.
That seems odd - wouldn't you want to have the new person to also "accept"
the ticket?
