Import issues from Sourceforge Trackers

Hi all,

Over the last few days I've been considering moving the issue tracking
for my libmsn project (<http://libmsn.bluewire.org.nz/>) from
Sourceforge to Trac. The lack of a tool to convert Sourceforge issues
into Trac tickets was seeming problematic, so I wrote a little script
that does just that.

The script is available from
<http://bdash.bluewire.net.nz/files/SFImport.py>, and a sample data
file that contains libmsn's Sourceforge issues for testing purposes is
at <http://bdash.bluewire.net.nz/files/sample_data.xml>.

I hope this will help others out in the future.

Great work, Mark.

With your permission I'll add the script to the 'contrib' directory for the
0.7 release. I'm sure it'll be useful for others out there.
