hi, okuji.

that works great! thanks very much for your help. it might be worth
mentioning memdisk in the documentation because i'm sure others would
find it useful, particularly with pxegrub...

I'm curious... what *specific* advantages does pxegrub offer over
PXELINUX? I mean those that actually matter to people ... GRUB is
obviously bigger than many operating systems but there might be specific
things that are worth picking up, especially now when the code is
getting to be a lot cleaner :)
