It appears that not all systems export 32-bit video modes through the
VESA BIOS, even when they exist. Accordingly, I have revamped the
graphical menu to support 16- and 24-bit modes as well (with 24-bit
modes preferred; I suspect they will be slightly faster than 32-bit
systems due to smaller I/O overhead.)
