Hi All,
We had serious stability problems when we used the perl modules. We
are now using the librariries and spfmilter from
http://www.libspf2.org on
Solaris (Sparc/Intel) servers with Sendmail 8.13.0 and everything is
humming along.
Regards
SK

Please respond to
spf-help
Hi,
Yes, perl can be a pain in the *rs* sometimes. The best way to solve
this is to use the CPAN interface for installing perl stuff:
perl -MCPAN -e "Mail::SPF::Query"
this should install the dependencies automagically..
Just having the perl module, btw, is not enough to check SPF with
sendmail I believe, you need more than that. Check out the sites
spf.pobox.com, www.libspf.org and www.libspf2.org, they'll all contain
pointers to various different ways of implementing spf in sendmail.
If there's any more you'd like to know, just ask!
