hosted mail
Hi' all.

I have a question I hope somebody might have an idea, how to solve.

Quite often I run into customers who gets their mail hosted through
ISP's, and just about all of them don't have spf records specified.

The question is, how do I set up the records correct - normally there's
webmail configured, sending mail from the ISP's network but at the same
time the customers send mail from their local pc's, typically through
another providers servers. Is there a way to solve this?

Hope somebody has a great answer to this. J

There is no way I'm aware of to remotely do this without causing the
customers problems when you get it wrong (and I've handled a lot of
problems like that). You *must* engage the customer and their service
providers.
