If you send mail to this list using an address other then one used to
subscribe to the list (or an extra one you added via listbox's web interface)
then the message will get moderated and not get to the list until I get a
chance to review it. I do this regularly, but sometimes I miss things.
Please mail to the list using the address you subscribed with. You'll get
your questions answered more quickly and reliably this way.
