Implementation Questionn
I am looking into implementing SPF for our mail server. We host
mailboxes for clergy who live in different parts of the state. They all
access the internet through a variety of ISP's. The majority of these
ISP's require that they authenticate through their own SMTP servers
rather than sending e-mail through our server as an anti-spam measure.
How can we set up our SPF record when mail sent from our domain is
coming through multiple ISP mail servers first?

I apologize if this question has been asked previously, I am new to this
list. Thank you in advance for your answers.

Have you considered creating an outbound only SMTP on say port 26? You
can lock this in using SMTP Auth and set your 'relay' for them to use
and circumvent the smtp/25 blocking by ISPs

The only other way would be to get all the domain names the users will
use.

True, I heard that most ISP's that were blocking 25 were also blocking
that port as well (offhand I thought it was 543 *shrug) so I mentioned
26, but obviously check 587.

Is webmail or IMAP an option?
