Centralized Mail Server
Lets say you have your mail server mail.abc.com which is responsible for
relaying all inbound mail from multiple companies such as def.com and
ghi.com. If you have hundreds of such companies is it best to use a redirect
or an include. I believe it would be easier to setup a record such as
"v=spf1 redirect=abc.com" for each company so that changes only have to be
made at the central gateway.

Redirect seems easier to maintain, while include gives you some
additional flexibility: per-customer exceptions can be made for example
and ~all or -all can be decided upon on a per-customer basis.
