Don't you mean
"v=spf1 op=auth mx -ip6:09f9:1102:9d74:e35b:d841:56c5:6356:88c0 -all"

You don't want someone with that IP forging your email.

It'll probably take a very long time before the 09f9 prefix will be
actually assigned, so it doesn't really make a difference.
