Removing Postfix Patches from Implementations Page
On http://www.openspf.org/Implementations we currently list source patches to
Postfix. When SPF was started and the current Postfix release was 2.0, this
was a necessary approach, but since Postfix 2.1 with it's policy server
interface (see http://www.postfix.org/SMTPD_POLICY_README.html for details)
this has no longer been necessary for quite some time.

Unofficial patches to Postfix are, for good reasons, not generally well
received in the Postfix community. When MTAs can be extended through
documented public interfaces to accomplish a task, this is a safer/more
reliable way to do it.

Unless someone objects, I'm going to remove the references to Postfix patches
from the implementations page.

Scott K
