This release fixes the base32 date encoding to be rfc3548 compliant. It
also includes considerably more embedded documentation and notes than any
previous release.
As long as any host is internally consistent as to date encoding, SRS will
work and interoperate perfectly. As such, existing deployments need not be
updated. However, it is strongly recommended that new installations and
package maintainers use this release.
Version 0.25 also includes a constructor option IgnoreTimestamp (default
false), which permits people using the old encoding to temporarily allow
all timestamps while they upgrade to the new format. Setting this for
MaxAge days, then removing it, will permit a smooth upgrade without
rejecting bounces encoded in the old format.
