The patch below adds a "tag-only" mode to the milter. The patch is to
be applied against the version from your mail of 12h38 GMT today.
With this patch, the milter adds only a "Received-SPF: fail" header to
the message, rather than rejecting it altogether. In addition, a
comment is logged into /var/spf-milter/spflog
This behavior can be switched on using the new -T option.
The intent is to allow an MTA admin to "test the waters" before
installing the milter for real: first install it using the -T mode,
check the spflog for false positives, and if all went well, remove the
-T flag.
