Unless Julian has a better idea, I'd suggest using his source package and
building your own binary package. The Ubuntu Feisty repository has an
amd64 .deb, but while generally good, binary compatibility between Debian and
Ubuntu is not guaranteed.

I know of none, and I cannot offer one because I don't have any AMD64
machines. As Scott pointed out, try building it yourself from the source
package.
