FYI, I just pushed Mail::SPF::Test to CPAN. It's a parser class for the
SPF test-suite:
http://search.cpan.org/dist/Mail-SPF-Test/
(It might later support manipulating the test-suite data and reading and
writing the XML format, too, but right now that's not a priority.) It
also includes two examples for how to use it.
Mail::SPF uses M:S:Test (if it is installed) for running the RFC 4408 test
suite during building.
