rt.cpan.org bugtracker permissions for Mail::SPF::Query

Hi Meng,

earlier today I wanted to process the outstanding bug reports for Mail::
SPF::Query[1]. However I don't have the appropriate permissions to mark
bugs as resolved, etc. Could you please assign me (JMEHNLE) at least the
AdminQueue, DeleteTicket, ModifyTicket, and OwnTicket rights? (I hope
those are sufficient.)

I think this can be done at

http://rt.cpan.org/Admin/Queues/UserRights.html?id=7938

Unfortunately this page lists _all_ of the PAUSE users and thus takes an
eternity (and perhaps several retries) to load.

Can you please invest 5 minutes and give me those bugtracker permissions?

ok, done. sorry for the delay. the way to do this apparently is to
start at

https://rt.cpan.org/Admin/Queues/Modify.html?id=7938

and click on "Watchers"

and make you an AdminCC.

Thanks a lot, I started working off the bugs. Most of them will be closed
when M:S:Q 1.998 is released.
