Likely that was roundoff errors. It might really have been 4.79.

Possible roundoff, and make sure you have autolearn turned on in local.cf

Roundoff error in the display, most likely. This comes up every so often
and there is a Wiki entry on it.

Yes, definitely feed these close ones to bayes via sa-learn. It doesn't
appear that Butrus has it turned on yet.
