Actually, I got it to replace itself by placing it and running it from the
/etc/spamassassin/RulesDuJour directory. That way I don't have to
intervene.
Thanks for all your hard work as well. Without these additional rulesets,
the program would not be anywhere near as effective.

Indeed, I have just updated RDJ.
However, please note: rules_du_jour does *NOT* replace itself. It
*ONLY* checks for an update, retrieves that update, and informs you via
email where it put it. It does *NOT* replace the old version of itself
with the freshly downloaded version.
OK, back on topic: If you are using the stock configuration, the
emtinc.net rulesets will no longer update automatically. If you use
my_rules_du_jour and haven't redefined the emtinc.net array variables,
the rulesets will no longer update automatically.
At some time, depending on circumstances, I may re-add Jennifer's
rulesets to the stock RDJ config (obviously not pointing to emtinc.net).
Finally, I just wanted to publicly thank Jennifer for the work she has
done and the enormous contribution she has made to SA and spamfighting
in general.
