so may anyone tell me , where these statistics above came from? which
util?

Hi Matthias,
These are stats from Robert's corpus, he has documented his mass-check
procedure here:

From the mass-check and hit-frequencies scripts from the SpamAssassin
tarball in the masses/ subdirectory. Robert runs these scripts using
specific rules he's testing on his own ham/spam corpus.
