patch to add OB and AB

Seems worth trying. I'll post my patch since you don't seem to have a
contributor license agreement. ;-)

My preliminary results for OB:

OVERALL% SPAM% HAM% S/O RANK SCORE NAME
3925 1963 1962 0.500 0.00 0.00 (all messages)
100.000 50.0127 49.9873 0.500 0.00 0.00 (all messages as %)
0.204 0.4075 0.0000 1.000 1.00 0.00 URIBL_SC_SURBL
11.414 22.7713 0.0510 0.998 0.75 0.00 URIBL_SBL
23.592 46.7652 0.4077 0.991 0.50 0.00 URIBL_WS_SURBL
29.172 57.4631 0.8665 0.985 0.25 1.00 URIBL_OB_SURBL
0.000 0.0000 0.0000 0.500 0.00 0.00 URIBL_PH_SURBL

The higher FP rate is due to more domains being listed that are present in
spam-related (not SpamAssassin lists per the soon-to-be policy) mailing lists
that I'm on. That's okay since these rules aren't expected to have a perfect
1.0 S/O ratio because people talk about spam.

Does he really need a CLA for something as trivial as that? Admittedly the
rule on when a CLA is required is anything byt precise, but I got the
impression from reading it that 'trivial contributions' (or some such
wording) didn't require an Agreement. I guess my interpretation would have
been something more along the lines of major changes to a routine or a
complete set of rules or the like; something in excess of maybe 25 lines.
(Admittedly I'm not an SA Dev, so my opinion is nothing more than an
opinion.)

1. It was trivial for me to write from scratch, so I did (fixing tabs
in the file at the same time).
2. I'm poking Jeff to submit a CLA given the probability he might submit
further patches. Note smiley.
3. No, it's not needed given the Apache License 2.0, but it is encouraged.
4. Relax.

I should add that Justin suggested this request after he ran corpus
tests with the following results on 6/25/04:

OVERALL% SPAM% HAM% S/O RANK SCORE NAME
121405 22516 98889 0.185 0.00 0.00 (all messages)
100.000 18.5462 81.4538 0.185 0.00 0.00 (all messages as %)
13.453 70.3766 0.4925 0.993 1.00 1.00 SURBL_WS
3.807 20.3811 0.0334 0.998 0.50 1.00 SURBL_SC
2.650 14.2565 0.0071 1.000 0.50 1.00 SURBL_AB
0.019 0.0933 0.0020 0.979 0.50 1.00 SURBL_PH
12.624 67.6275 0.1001 0.999 0.50 1.00 SURBL_OB2
13.295 68.5113 0.7230 0.990 0.00 1.00 SURBL_OB

The FP in ph was hopefully systematically corrected at the data source, and
the data for ob2 is now being used for the ob list. (In other words ob now
has the better data source from ob2. ob2 was for testing only and is going away.)

Note that the tabs in my attachment were carried over from the original cf.

I'll look into the license agreement signup if find a need to patch. ;-)
