That's what whitelist_from_rcvd is for, to prevent forgeries from triggering
USER_IN_WHITELIST. Isn't that in 2.63 or am I wrong about when it was introduced?
SA 3.0 also has FORGED_IN_WHITELIST which adds negative points to the forgeries.
I'm not closing this, because maybe somebody thinks that the bug is that people
are complaining about this and the proper fix is to document it somewhere that
it has not yet been.
