I think the Summary should be along the lines of:
"Create a test that scores invalid HTML tags"

A lot of spam tries to break up certain "hot" words so filters don't catch the
words.

For example, from a real spam message:
LOO<dviiug>K AND FEEL 20 YE<bnmnmnnnmm>ARS YOUNGER!!!
LOSE WRI<riqcwkxvn>NKLES

If a new test was written that added, say, 0.5 points per invalid tag, this
would find a lot of spam.
