I just rolled RT 1.3.28. It's biggest win is that it properly deals with
HTML::Mason 0.895, which contained an incompatible change from 0.89.
It's also got some ui issues fixed and is generally a bit more stable
than that which came before.

I admit that X is the second worst windowing system in the world, but all the
others I've used are tied for first.
