Hi all,
I am glad to announce 0.8.4 of rsyslog. With that release, rsyslog now
compiles and runs under FreeBSD. Under NetBSD, compilation is also
successful as was a quick test. Besides the new platform, this releases
brings some minor improvements to the debug output (-d). Previously, it
was too verbose. Now, some information of interest to developers has
been removed, which makes it easier for administrators to see useful
information.
The release can be downloaded from
http://download.adiscon.com/rsyslog-0.8.4.tar.gz
I hope this tool is useful. Feedback is appreciated.
