unfortunately, I am currently a bit unresponsive to mailing list posts.
The reason is that I am reviewing the threading model, which is quite
complex and does not play well with any distraction. Also, there is some
additional (paid) work to be done and this obviously has some priority.
Thanks to all who contribute their knowledge. I try my best to catch up
with the posts. I think the situation will become much better in a few
days at latest.
