A new ripMIME version is out, some minor changes which have been accumulating over the last 5 months (wow, we stayed
'stable' on 1.3.0.4 for that long, amazing).

For those of you wanting to use the ripOLE enabled ripMIME, just download the 1.3-dev release, there are still the
occasional segfaults floating around in the code - I'm trying hard to eliminate them.
