Unnumbered interfaces, where multiple interfaces share the same local address -
typically to conserve addresses, usually with PtP interfaces 'borrowing' the
address of some other broadcast interface - is not supported by Quagga. This is
problematic because:
a) It is a very common configuration on (VPN, PPP, etc..) concentrators
b) ospfd does not behave at all gracefully if it happens to enable OSPF on
multiple interfaces with same address
At a minimum b needs fixing, see bug #346. Ideally, we should fully support
unnumbered interfaces, adding the required OSPF support. Probably 'zebra' should
detect and flag unnumbered interfaces, to save clients having to do so.
