remote delivery?

Hrmm... I tried that, assuming I have the format correct:

[42]data@ds9:/var/qmail/control % cat smtproutes
:delivery.dal.net

(i.e. I want delivery.dal.net to process my messages) But it's not
working -- my machine is still doing all of the delivery itself. Do I
need to restart qmail, or something?
