Glad to see it in s/qmail. My intent with this patch is rather less forward-looking: it's the minimal build fix for the cross-platform qmail package I maintain in pkgsrc. Version 1.03nb32 includes the qbiff-utmpx patch, as you can see from the installed package on my production mail server:
