We've got more of the mistakes of not beginning a pod directive
after a blank line in ExtUtils/{Miniperl,Liblist}.pm -- you can't
do this:
__END__
=head1 NAME
because a pod directive *MUST* be at the beginning of a paragraph,
and that isn't.
