As I announced on #p5p this morning on IRC, I've been distracted
recently both by work and personal matters (I also forgot about the dev
release entirely at some point).
I'm currently working on it, but given it's my first Perl release, and
the upcoming days are going to be busy (family end-of-year stuff, as you
can expect), I think I should set the list's expectations to "likely the
week after Christmas".
I'm really sorry about the delay.
