I am seeing an amazing number of files accumulating
in my NT server "c:\temp" dir from Perl script use.
It seems that every Perl script where I create an
HTML output or call a graphic URL from Perl I'm getting
and "in" and an "out" file. Each file is a listing
of the created HTML. This is adding up to a few hundred
files a week!
Where are these files coming from? When are they created?
Do I have to purge the temp dir manually? Could I
safely delete these files at the bottom of any Perl
script which outputs any HTML?
I have NT3.51 with WebSite server.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
