Mail::RFC822 - name change
As there were not any real objections I am going to change the name of
Mail::RFC822 to be Mail::Internet in the hope that it would be more
understandable/meaningful to people.

Regards,
Graham.

This should either be called Mail::Internet, or Mail::Unix. What are the
chances of making it useful from other OS's, like OS/2, VMS, and Windows
NT?

Just like Socket::PF_Internet :-)

That reminds be. You posted some simple socket client and server packages
recently. How would you feel about having those wrapped into
Socket::Client and Socket::Server?

Or does anyone else have any better modules for these slots?

Er, nevermind. Those were just pieces of sample code, not modules.

This question is still open.

I know that elm and pine work under OS/2, so I see no obstacle. My
machine has sendmail and sendmail.cf, at least.

Quite high, I'd expect. RFC822 mail turns up on a lot more OS's than
UNIX. A POP3 client should be easy, so it's easy to get the
headers. Once you've got them, Graham' module becomes useful.

I think it should be Mail::Internet.
