This is fixed in Tectia Server 6.0.1.
A patch to fix this is harder than I thought, because it requires the
sftp subsystem to change behaviour based on the version of the *SSH
server* it connects to, and I can't see a way for it to tell what that
version is. (It can tell what version of sftp it connects to, but
that's not helpful here, because Tectia clients without this bug
identify themselves as the same sftp release.)
