I could not connect the OpenSSH Server installed in the secured server (eg.
https://somedomain.com) whereas normal server is easily connected. I am try to
connect the server using Putty as a client SSH.

OpenSSH is not a https server, it's an SSH server. Apart from that, you'll need
to provide more information: "cannot connect" is not very specific.

What kind of system is it? How did you install OpenSSH? Did you start the
daemon? Exactly what error message does PuTTY give?
